Wood Pallet Grades Explained

Not every job needs a brand-new pallet, and paying for one when you don't need to is wasted money. We carry three grades so you can match the pallet to the application. Grade A pallets are fully repaired, look almost new, and have no broken boards or visible damage. They're the right choice when the pallet is part of a customer-facing display or shipment, or when it's headed to a buyer with strict cosmetic requirements.

Grade B pallets are structurally sound and safe for any commercial use, but they show normal wear like scuffs, minor staining, or replaced boards. For most warehouse and shipping work, Grade B is the most cost-effective choice. Economy grade pallets are functional pallets at the lowest price point, suitable for one-way shipments or applications where appearance doesn't matter.
