A damaged pallet doesn't have to be a wasted pallet. Most common pallet damage (broken deck boards, split stringers, popped nails) can be fixed quickly and affordably. Repairing pallets typically costs 40-60% less than buying new ones, and the repaired pallet performs just as well.

Our Repair and Refurbishment Process
We pick up your damaged pallets from your facility and bring them back to our North Chicago yard. Every pallet is individually inspected and sorted by condition. Repairable pallets get new boards, new fasteners, and any structural work they need. We use quality lumber and pneumatic nailing equipment to make sure every repair meets industry standards.
Once refurbished, pallets are re-stacked and delivered back to you, or we can add them to your regular pallet supply. Pallets that are too far gone to repair get recycled. The lumber is reclaimed and nothing goes to waste.
On-Site Sorting Services
Don't want to deal with separating good pallets from damaged ones? We'll come to your facility and sort them on the spot. Good pallets get restacked, damaged ones go back with us for repair or recycling. It keeps your dock clean and organized without your team having to lift a finger.
