Our Manufacturing Process
Tell us what you need: dimensions, weight capacity, lumber type, fastener requirements. We work with you to understand your application so we can recommend the right design. Need extra stringers for heavy loads? Different lumber grades for clean-room environments? Notched runners for specific forklift configurations? We handle it all.
Every custom pallet is built at our North Chicago facility using quality lumber and pneumatic nailing equipment. We inspect each pallet before it ships to make sure it meets your specifications.
Custom Pallets with Heat Treatment
If your custom pallets need to be ISPM-15 compliant for international shipping, we handle that too. We build your pallets to spec and then heat treat them in our certified facility. Each pallet gets stamped with our ISPM-15 certification mark and full documentation is provided.
This one-stop approach saves you time and money compared to having pallets built at one facility and treated at another.
